I normally don’t write reviews for courses that I haven’t implemented yet, but I can tell that James Bealer is the real deal, just from the info he shares in this course. If you follow this plan, I’m sure you will get a motivated seller under contract. Now, if only we can get him to finish his “subject to” investing course, we’d have the entire package, but for now, this is great for a beginner, such as myself, looking to close his first deal. I may update this review later on once I’m successful closing a deal!

I love great ideas. Therefore, I endorse the marketing aspect of this course only. The pro aspects of a great marketing idea are obvious.
The only con is creating a “bonus “ section for providing an boring explain how to fill out a boiler plated, purchase agreement. Anyway, kudos for your great idea.
