Sharon Owen –
This has been the start of something life changing for me. I’ve always felt an affinity to Tai Chi and did try a class but it takes time for me to coordinate my mind and body so was never comfortable with the pace of it. This has allowed me to learn at a pace that is suitable for me and so my confidence in my ability to achieve the 24 forms is growing. It is obvious that Susan is a knowledgable and experienced teacher who understands that we are all individuals and accommodates all learning styles. I have recommended this course to anyone who stands still long enough to listen to me!

Super easy to follow instruction. Lots of great cues to help with movement. I’ve looked at many 24 form Yang TaiChi videos, and this one is the best.

this kind of course is better in person. i was able to follow/understand pretty well.
however, my Tai routine looks a lil different compared to the instructors or what I have seen (Queen of Tai Chi), but c’est la vie!
was fun…i will continue to practice this daily.
thanx.

Good match – great review between in-person lessons that I’m taking. Also, I’ve missed a couple of in-person lessons, and instructor suggested this for review.
