super cours très bien expliqué. Mais j’avoue que j’ai du mal à faire pareil en mode miroir, les gestes doivent être précis et une vidéo au ralenti m’aiderait je pense. Je suis très novice je précise 😉

Davide is a great teacher. I do have some former Wing Tsun training so I’m assuming for me this is slightly easier than for somebody who has never done this before, but if you take it easy and keep listening to Davide you will be surprised at what you will be able to achieve. My only wish would be not to have to rewind at times, in order for the video to catch up with the number of times we have to repeat an exercise but, at the same time, I do appreciate the shorter format. Overall, 100% recommended, especially during quarantine 🙂 I do this every morning when I wake up and it helps me start my day off the right foot. Thank you, Davide!

So far the course is mostly stretching. Sound quality is poor. Instructor’s accept and poor sound quality makes it hard to understand the instructions.
