I started using my iPhone as a carry camera a few years ago, probably about the time I bought my first iPhone (an original). It is always with me, so I always have a camera with me.
The iPhone cameras improve with each iteration (mostly). There are also tons of apps for making and editing images. Sorting through that morass is difficult. Learning to use the tools is also a challenge.
Guy Yang provides a clear path (perhaps one of many) to making good images with an iPhone. He follows that up with solid instruction on editing those images and then archiving them.
The class is well worth the investment of time and money.

As a complete novice both to iphoneography and to video learning, the more of these 44 lectures I studied the more impressed I became. Guy Yang’s obvious passion swept me along, each section full of substance and logically structured. His course offers me confidence about building my iphoneography expertise within his framework. To see his editing work and finalized photos as illustrated here has reignited my own interest in photography !

I like the instructor and learning about composition. But the course needs to be updated. His phone is obsolete and some of the apps he uses don’t exist anymore.
Leo Vandnbrun –
This course provides in-depth coverage not only of iphoneography but also of the principles of photography in general. It’s a totally excellent course that I wouldn’t hesitate recommending to anyone interested in improving photography skills.
Phil Kim –
Very good lecture for management iphone photos
Pedro Regalla –
Great photography principles, great instructor, but the course is taught using too old hardware and software, rendering some lectures completely useless and many others awkward to follow. I was expecting much more from this particular instructor. But I did learn new and valuable concepts regarding the Rule of Thirds and I received a different point of view on other subjects.
Herald Bagain –
The most extensive information for the rule of third
Kendra Webster –
Very basic. But good. A lot of these apps aren’t available though now – are there new apps to use instead?
Susan Steinbis –
I am sad that this course has not been updated with the current Iphone technology. Everything is based on the Iphone 4
Susan M –
Cuz can access in any of my devices and he explains quite clearly
Julie Opp –
Very clear instructions
