I have done GDPR compliance training before but this format is by far the most uninspiring. Bodies and bodies of text. Endless monotonous monologue and the resources are almost just essays. No effort of visuals, diagrams, actors to play out scenarios or even interactivity – just multiple choice quiz with questions designed to be so similarly worded in some cases to trip up the participant. This is more training for someone to become a data officer or DPO, rather than staff to become GDPR aware and compliant, no?

For an hour course, this is rich.
Resources and examples shared are straight to the point and quite insightful
Roberto Malatesta –
It was very interesting.
Well done, well structured, informative.
Slides should adhere more to the spoken words so in cases of a noisy open office like here today one could read 😀

Only text on slides seems a bit disappointing. Would have loved some animations or some real life stories documented for better understanding.
Ryan Tan –
Quiz seemed more focused on legalese and fine combing than aiding non-legal trained course takers understand the basics of GDPR. Course material is fine otherwise
Richard Ball –
Perhaps some of the questions could have been written in friendlier language, in particular at the beginning – and the distinction between a controller and processor does not feel like it has been tackled
Gemma Mahon –
This is really good intro to GDPR. It’s concise, uses accessible language, and emphasises the necessary basic points.
Piyush Chhabra –
It was okay and gave brief overview of GDPR. Would have helped a lot if more examples were provided during lectures.
Adriana Elizabeth Volman –
It is always good to have these concepts into account when managing information
Renu Kathait –
Gives a good insight on the GDPR
