This is a great opportunity to learn the concepts of CBT or to take as a refresher course. The lessons are concise with valuable information that can be studied at the student’s own pace. In order to help future clients, I participated in “homework” making my own ABCD chart and found that it really is beneficial. CBT empowers clients by giving them the tools to help themselves and to not become dependent upon a therapist. Included in the course is a download of one of the author’s books. I looked forward each day to the lessons, took notes, and made a notebook for future reference. I would highly recommend the course to others and would definitely take another course by this instructor.

Thank you for the great and useful course in CBT. I enjoyed it, as well as putting into practice the CBT principles. I also greatly appreciated your bonus book, “The Little Book of Thinking Errors”. Well done, Kevin!

CBT was an eyeopener which first helped me to come out of the unhealthy negative thoughts and how to be helpful, realistic and compassionate to oneself to have a balance life. It taught me to love myself which will assist me in helping others.
Mr. Kevin M O’Doherty was very clear in his teaching and examples were very clear and understandable.

The course has been structured perfectly and the lectures have fit into my daily life. As an introduction I wanted to learn more about the implementation of CBT. However, rather than practice it by helping others, my personal focus was on how it may help me be more positive overall.

Terrible volume / sound. I have maxVolume on my machine and Michael still sounds like he in in a bucket. Transcripts for each video would be extremely useful.
