    Provides a solid introduction to some Tai Chi forms. Instead of showing many, he focuses on a few in great detail, separating out hand and foot moves, and offering multiple opportunities to practice. I just wish he was mirroring the moves because as we’re looking at him his left is our right, and if we want to mirror him without facing backwards, it becomes challenging to learn.

    This is a fantastic course! The information that is given is useful and easy to follow. I am over 50 and having problems bending my knees this course has made it so easy for my knees to be flexible and assist with my concentration. I am happy that I took this course.

    This course was more than I was expecting. Most instructors show you only the forms. Ramel Rones, showed me not only the forms but also (I feel the most important) the inner chi Life force. He demonstrated breathing techniques and how to incorporate visualization and excersize into my everyday life. His bonus insights were priceless!

    Ramel Rones, please consider publishing more Tai Chi videos, perhaps the 24 forms etc.

    I would highly recommend this course to anyone learning for the first time or anyone wanting to learn this spiritual course for successfull life benefits.
