The quality is good but the type of worry the course refers to (like worry because of a job interview) is not quite the type of worry I am struggling with and so for me the course was not a complete match.

I loved 95% of this course. The course was practical and just the right length. I’ve done similar ones on Udemy, and they had great info, but were overwhelming. I liked his advice to listen several times; that helped along with taking notes. He was an engaging instructor and relatable. I have applied this information to my life and am already seeing improvement!
My suggestions would be to change the background “music” on the guided meditations. It sounds like you are driving 100mph over a bumpy road; could not get past that. I downloaded an app for other meditations instead but liked his – except for the “music.” I also would like it if someone edited the transcript; there were many errors which did not match what he was saying.
Overall I’m so happy I found this and am very thankful to the instructor.

The things you said made a lot of common sense. Things we just dont stop and think about. Listening to this course helps me to worry less . Realizing the future isnt here and maybe things will turn out differently than my brain wants me to think they will.
I really enjoyed this class. Only the meditations were a bit too long for me. I am also empathic. So trying to stay focused for that long was a bit much.. But they did have a lot of great content. I am going to go over it a LOT more times like you suggested.Thank you for creating this class❤️
