Unexpected, I thought it would just be lectures on how bad alcohol is for you. The alternatives and suggestions it gives are excellent.
I’m so glad I found you Kevin, you’ve helped immensely. Thank you!

Outstanding. I am very impressed with the breadth and depth of the health an lifestyle information…who knew that a course on not drinking alcohol would be so comprehensive and deep, with many surprising and unexpected ideas about living a good life. I have been studying health and wellness for 10 years, and Kevin offered many ideas and techniques about which I had not heard before. Bravo!

stuff I already know and consider common sense also only peripherally related to quitting alcohol. The results of these techniques are long-term and I was hoping for more immediate tools.

Done his homework. Experienced the problem. Honest with his opinion. Not tying to squeeze out your money. Not dogmatic in opinion.

Hands down, the best thing available to those that need to leave alcohol in their past.
Kev’s suggested tools are available for everyone to use, many if not most are free. He makes it very clear that the answer is between your own ears to implement the tools to replace the reasons we used alcohol. They work! I have found 3 -4 meals a day plus a different “special treat” each evening (juice bar, cream sickle, popcorn – whatever) is an incredible tool to make any craving disappear immediately. A well planned and executed exercise program during the time period you used to drink is also extremly valuable.

I love the simplicity of the explanations – it is delivered in gentle, relaxing tones, and comes across perfectly; which all combine to make the content remembered, most importantly of all – it is a healing process, after all; and the body isn’t a car that can be shut off and on; we need to realise what and who we actually are!
