I am finding this course very interesting as i am a A level PE student and this sort of stuff interests me. However i think it could use mire specific/scientific language. But i do ge that if you aren’t British and that it is hard to learn so i respect the guy for how well he has done this with limited english.
After completing the course i am really happy with what i have learnt about calisthenics and how it has increased my knowledge around the muscles. Also Vadym has done really well for making this course with the limited knowledge of english and he explained things really well and down to the point.

I like the pull up technique you are introducing here, but by adding terms like active and passive hang, chest up, how strong to squeeze the bar etc. It would make it more precise, otherwise great material, and is totally free 🙂

L’instructeur est sympathique, humble, et parfois vraiment intéressant, cependant le contenu est inférieur à ce qui existe sur d’autres chaines youtube et surtout il ne décortique pas la progression pour pour arriver à accomplir les exercices les plus compliqués (front lever, muscle up…). Par ailleurs les explications fournies pour expliquer quelle sont les routines à suivre pour augmenter sa force, masse musculaire sont très sommaires, voir superficielles.. dommage vraiment car Vadym est sympathique !
