    it is a good introductory course, very basic with lots of material suited for those just starting or with little knowledge about the different type of foods out there.

    It has very valuable information and delivers every single topic in a quick and effective manner.

    For other people with a string of knowledge this may be too basic and other courses are possibly better suit.
