This course provides a great overview of what you need to know. I still have a number of steps to complete the process but I feel that I now have a better understanding of what the job entails. The audio issues have already been highlighted and they were the only minus in the whole experience. The drop in volume level in certain recordings does not make the course impossible to understand/complete. It is a minor inconvenience to turn up your volume for one video to then lower for another. I think this course covered almost everything a signing agent may need to expect during a typical closing session. The examples and samples of documentations was especially beneficial in that it allows a new signing agent to understand each document and why it’s required and possibly where to direct clients to sign or initial. The explanation of each document was of utmost importance to me because my style of business is thorough in helping my clients understand what they are signing and why.
