Pretty baffling how this course is aimed at absolute beginners and it does not provide at least some kind of audio cues to know what position your doing and when to switch… in fact I’m certain all the days are just the same soundless videos copy pasted and played over and over.Do yourself a favor and write the workout on a piece of paper and do it on your own It’s a lot easier than trying to do follow a mute teacher
