It’s amazing what level of professionalism gets through on Udemy. I would expect this quality from some pop up group on the beach, not a pre-recorded session that you can edit. There are so many issues I had I don’t know where to start. I just wish he could have put a little more time into his course. Don’t use the excuse “I just finished an advanced work recording so I’m going to take a break”. What? You simply could have recorded each workout session in a span of a week and edited it together later. Also, stop looking at your piece of paper to know which exercise is up next, and don’t keep us in the dark either, explain the next workout! Take the break time to explain the next pose that we should be thinking about getting in. Give us a heads up! So many times you tell the viewer what pose is next after the timer starts. And put some money into your equipment. Checking your audio cables every 5 minutes is just poor professionalism. Make sure your equipment works before you start recording. Staple the mic to your shirt if you are worried it’ll fall off. Don’t make us who paid for your course watch you fumble. Also, if you are going to use a counter. Put the counter on the screen at all times. It really helps, but not if you don’t stick with it. And lastly, explain, explain, explain what you are doing. Not everyone will be working out with 72 monitors all around them. Meaning, a monitor will not always be in eye sight when in each pose. So by explaining what move and side we should be working out will keep us from having to stop look at the monitor and then get into the right pose. Like I said, so many places to improve upon. I’m sorry I wasted money with this training video. So not worth it.

The instructions are very clearly given and helps you get out of your comfort zone but keep you away from going overboard. Good learning scope for people who are interested to build their career in fitness industry
