How is it possible to find this on Udemy ? There is no scientific source of any kind. It’s just belief, A lot of sophism (like appeal to nature/argumentum ad naturam). At best, you have a fuzzy reference to some expert/doctor who wrote a book (if there is a book about it, it is necessarily true, of course).
I was expecting to learn something true, factual with studies, evidences. I just payed for something you can heard from anyone that have an opinion on social network. I´m starting to doubt the quality of the content selection process on the platform…
