The information seems very basic and for a course that claimed it doesn’t cover theory the first half-hour has been just that, theory. Some of the tools shared are useful but a Google search on PPC tools would reveal many more. This is a clickbait course with the term “hacks” everywhere when the knowledge being shared is pretty basic and can be found on PPC Hero and Search Engine Journal publications.

The accent was a little hard to understand at first, and the auto-generated subtitles were not accurate, but I thought the course material was very effectively presented. I work with a marketing team in Korea mostly doing ASO, but also helping with English copywriting. I wanted to understand more about Adwords, but was especially interested in the copywriting section. I some helpful tips, and I think it was worth the time and money that I spent.

This is a good course for beginners who either have no idea how to use Google Ads or have only thrown together a few campaigns. The course could use more actual instruction on how to implement the tips; there are some screenshots of the Google Ads interface, but very little footage of “click here, do this, type here, click here” instruction. Google Ads has changed quite a bit since the videos were filmed, but it’s generally the same interface with a few cosmetic updates.
If you’re looking for more advanced tips or strategies, this course doesn’t offer much. You can learn a lot of what’s offered from Google’s own free training, as well as more advanced strategies with bidding and conversion optimization.
