What Students Say About the Course
“I am a beginner in photo editing, and I chose Darktable for raw processing, because the “industry standard” LR’s [Lightroom] pricing for me is just too expensive. When I first opened DT, I had no clue how to start, I needed some help. This course provided exactly what I needed for my first project. Of course, I did not become a master overnight, but it I am heading to the right direction now.”

“I’m working on nighttime photography and found this to be very helpful.”

Apolinar Gomez Diaz-Castroverde –
I have found Mr Davies’s course very interesting and extensive for beginners with the Darktable program.
I would suggest for future editions, to limit somewhat the speed of the information and the movement of the pointer, which becomes sometimes a bit stressful. Highly recommended.
Osni Oliveira –
Excelente para quem está iniciando. Mesmo quem já utiliza o Darktable vai aprender um ou outro truque, vale a pena.

Absolutely great so far, apart from the sing-song voice.
Carl Abramson –
Very helpful. Sorry that it didn’t explore some of the available functions.

Not Given Not Given –
I’m about half way through this “beginners” course on photo editing, and I haven’t learned the first thing about how to edit a photo. If I didn’t have about 7 years of Lightroom/Photoshop experience I’d be completely lost. The instructor knows Darktable well, but does not know how to teach.
Claudio –
Very interesting course. I discovered many aspect of darktable that I didn’t know.
