I appreciated the academic content of the course and did learn a lot. However, the practical aspect of reflexology was barely covered at the end. I would have liked more technical explanations and guidance for the application of reflexology. Otherwise, a very enjoyable course. I did at times increase the speed to 1.25x because it lagged a tiny bit, but Dr. Sharma did give enough resources for understanding the science and history behind reflexology.
