This course is everything I needed! After getting an unexplained diagnosis of DDD and FHP, with little to no advice from my orthopaedist, as well as the prescribed 6 (ineffective) PT sessions – I was left feeling hopeless. I’m only 33, and my doctor told me my condition could not have been caused by the severe car accident I had at 10 years old. But rather my lifestyle. Enlightening! I haven’t finished it yet and I think I’ll need to rewatch it, but I think it is very thorough. I’m incorporating the exercises little by little, but I believe I’m learning a lot about posture on sleeping and at work. I’ll try to edit and let you know how well it went when I get to the end of the course (right now I’ve just finished lecture nº 32). However, mind you, it is not a quick fix. It’ll take time, you cannot undo what you have been doing wrong for so long.
