i really appreciate the time the instructor took to provide this course. Over all he did a good job. Unfortunately i couldn’t relate to the edm or electro pop music and would have preferred a section to include rap and other style genres. One main reason i took this course was to learn how to master tracks. This subject seemed to be short and left me a little unsure but i think i got it. In other DAWs such as studio One my experience was little different with no uncertainty. One of my friends mentioned a plugin for FL Studio that is normally used during mastering and this was not discussed in the course. All that said, i did find a lot of good info and i did learn a lot. You did bring a lot of clarity to me as “before” the class i did find FL a little confusing. I appreciate the instructor, thank you. ?

Well, I have a lot to learn still. It mostly has to do with me trying the course out for myself, as opposed to the course. I’m going to watch the first few videos again and try to recreate what the teacher is trying to convey by following closely and replicate it. This should give me stronger footing with the program, I feel. Thank you so much for everything!

technical knowledge is good and helpful for beginners like me , but musically he is as lost as me . and knowledge of chord is not good

I watched this course with my daughter so she could more quickly learn FL Studio. We discovered a feature in Udemy that allows a person to set the speed to 1.5X or even to 2.0X and that really helped a lot with the long and boring parts. After the course we then watched some YouTube videos so that she could learn what a chord is and some proper music theory. I had higher expectations for this course and we both thought that Tomas course is much better than this one.

Such a great experience!!! Even though I consider myself some what of a seasoned veteran. There are some things I never approached as they were displayed in this course. I will recommend this course. And I will also participate in future courses with this instructor

In 24th video the author of the course started to use a 3rd party plugin, out of blue.
XFER OTT is a free plugin, but he didn’t mention that we should install this plugin. Or how should we install it.
(anyway I installed on windows as administrator, but FL studio doesn’t show it).
The authos should:
A) show step by step how to install a 3rd party plugin on FL studio
B) use only default plugins.
Instead of learning about making music making I ended up googling and troubleshooting with a plugin, never mentioned earlier… >:(
(yes, we can download free plugins, but they have noghint to do with the actual plugin in video. and installing them is not part of the course, which would I consider crucial for beginners.)

Update: now I could find which package should I download (it took several steps), but I still don’t know where am I supposed to copy them and see them in FL studio.
