Now having gone through listening to the whole program and taking notes, I will need to go through again and set up some workout protocols, with visuals, so I can efficiently do the workouts. While the instructions showing the specific exercises being done were good, a written outline of the workouts would have been appreciated. Good information in the lectures were much appreciated.

The info is pretty good, but there are some issues I have with it. In the description it is written that this program is for ANY man.
1) Some of the exercises are very difficult. Which is fine, but if you cannot do something (like, I can not do a plank, let alone a ski plank) there is no modified version given. The description states that this program is designed for men and women between 30-60 years of age. Each of the exercises should have a modified version included.
2) Believe it or not, there is no PDF available of the workouts. You have to write down the couple of workouts that are spelled out in the course and then you have to log out of Udemy, find the course page, go to the curriculum and open the workouts there so you can write them down. That is ridiculous.
3) In the Q and A section there are good questions from months ago that were never answered. That’s not good.
This course if for someone who is in pretty good athletic shape and needs to lose some fat. It is not for someone who is obese that cannot do a push-up. If it were, they would have modified versions of each exercise.

This is a 2.8 hours course of very basic YouTube content (don’t eat that, do cardio but also do weights). The other 0.2 hours are just an infomercial so you can buy the “real deal”. The instructor is just a voice. NOT WORTH having to waste your time with this crap. Go watch YouTube videos with REAL world examples and techniques. FREE was a high price to pay for 3 hours wasted.
