As this is a first step regarding GDPR and it is an awareness training the depth is held back some.
I would like to see CIPP/E as soon as possible to start the journey towards deeper knowledge.
The training is very good, presented in a way that is clear and easy to understand.
Ioannis Gousgounis –
A very enlightening course explaining the essential aspects of EU GDPR. I recommend it to everyone who wants to understand what the new GDPR is about.
Steven Ikobayo –
Simple and straightforward, covers all the necessary issues.
Michael Shatter –
The course is useful and was easy follow.
Some of the slides are a little cheesy and perhaps more focus on examples / case studies would be useful.
Overall though, a good course and worth the cost.
Thank you.

I must say this was a real nice start for anyone who wants to know more about GDPR. However, keeping a static background, serious and disconnected vocals does not help. I accept this is a serious/legal no-fun subject, but I “seriously” believe we can be a bit innovative while presenting.
Hajna Nagy-Gál –
Was OK in terms of contect and explanation. Examples of how a company should act with a timeline to be prepared for 26May 2018 is what could be usefule additionally I think.
Roman Binder –
The content was well structured and I feel now much better informed about the topic. The topic is a bit dry, maybe using multiple presenters could help introducing some variety.
Andre Luis Oda –
The Regulation updates and modernizes the principles enshrined in the Data Protection Directive to guarantee privacy rights. Through that I could learn how important is reinforcing individuals’ rights, strengthening the EU internal market, ensuring stronger enforcement of the rules, streamlining international transfers of personal data and setting global data protection standards.

The course is a good, quick overview of the GDPR. I could have used more information regarding the GDPR requirements applicable to third country data processors, particularly those in countries that do not (and will not) have GDPR-level data protection laws (for example, the United States).
