Lecture got boring after the first 2 chapters. Voice of lecturer was clear but not upbeat. there was no excitement. course too broad, it should have been simplified (too much info about chemical compositions, figures and logical facts etc.). Quizzes should have been incorporated in-between chapters to confirm understanding of course. Fun diagrams/graphics would have helped to stimulate attention.

This course is the best I had so far. The instructor is very clear and straight to the point: No personal opinions and very objective teaching. Different solutions for different lifestyles were included in the course. Low financial and time saving solutions were offered and kept in mind during the scenarios. The instructor gave the sufficient amount of info needed to understand so it’s not too professional nor basic, it’s right the middle.
