What you’ll learn

  • Make the best nutritional decision in every situation to maximize energy
  • Get the results you want and prevent fatigue even with a busy schedule

When was the last time you were “in the zone” from the time you woke up until the time went to sleep? Why don’t you feel like that everyday?

Each day you make hundreds of small decisions that can either promote energy or sap it. Most of these are made without you realizing the consequences. Eating the wrongs types of foods at the wrong times of day can be kryptonite to having long-term energy.

The fact is that some people need to “be on” more than others. If you work long hours, have a busy social life, have a family that requires your attention, or need to complete copious amounts of schoolwork, then tailoring your nutrition to maximize your energy is critical.

Many factors contribute to your energy level throughout the day, but the biggest one is what you put into your body, how you fuel yourself. This course breaks down how to optimize every decision you make regarding your nutrition in order to have the maximum amount of energy possible. It covers a range of situations that commonly befall busy professionals.

Most people know, deep down, what’s healthy and what’s not. The problem is that most of the time, the healthiest option is not convenient, or even possible. This course illustrates the best course of action for any situation.

The course provides a framework for exactly what makes you tired and how to avoid and counteract those causes. But even more importantly than a blueprint for decision-making, this course is actionable. The information is broken down into 11 lectures with a total of around 1.5 hours of content. Each lecture will provide you with specific and actionable takeaways that can be implemented into your daily regiment immediately.

A few things you’ll learn in this course:

  • What to do before and during flights to avoid jet-lag
  • Why we go into “food comas”
  • How to get the most out of a protein shake
  • Meal timing for maximum energy
  • Ideal macronutrient structures for each meal
  • Most effective uses of caffeine

This is just a small sample of what this course has to offer. The information is beneficial to anyone looking to improve his or her health and daily output.

If you have any questions as you’re going through the material, or even additional content requests, feel free to let me know. I will personally respond, add the items to the course and demonstrate how you can apply this information directly to your life. So sign up now.

At first, I thought this course would be like any other “informational-giving” course that was common knowledge. To my surprise, the course not only gave more information, it also gave examples and supporting facts to further explain the topic. I’ve learned a lot from this course that I plan on using throughout my schedule to keep myself in a healthy state of being. I highly suggest this course to other people who are trying to achieve that healthy lifestyle.

Great course. Author spoke a bit slower than I’m used to and made a few awkward pauses, but I think I’m just picky because I watch instructional youtube videos on double speed.

I’ve always known how to identify a healthy meal and what foods make me less energized. However, I never knew why and how to explain it to my friends and family. Throughout the course, Michael not only provided action steps to get started, but also explained in detail the science behind each meal and food group. For me, someone who was never strong in science class, Michael’s simple approach worked for me and I look forward to implementing new action steps as well as explaining what I’ve learned with my family and friends.

Michael Gross is very knowledgeable and included a great amount of information in a quick course. The content was fast paced and didn’t waste the student’s time. The only thing I would have liked would have been downloads of the information on protein shakes and what foods fall into each category. All in all, it was a great course. Thank you.

Lecture got boring after the first 2 chapters. Voice of lecturer was clear but not upbeat. there was no excitement. course too broad, it should have been simplified (too much info about chemical compositions, figures and logical facts etc.). Quizzes should have been incorporated in-between chapters to confirm understanding of course. Fun diagrams/graphics would have helped to stimulate attention.

This course is the best I had so far. The instructor is very clear and straight to the point: No personal opinions and very objective teaching. Different solutions for different lifestyles were included in the course. Low financial and time saving solutions were offered and kept in mind during the scenarios. The instructor gave the sufficient amount of info needed to understand so it’s not too professional nor basic, it’s right the middle. So if anyone is looking to enhance his lifestyle without going too much in the details, it’s the perfect course.
