I am so appreciative of Mr. Hinds class. He literally starts with the absolute basic, foundational fundamentals and in short order has the student practicing exercises to help exploit the technology of the cameras and lenses.
I appreciate his thoughtful explanations a look forward to viewing additional classes he might present.
Thank you Mr. Hind.

A really exceptional course for beginners as you learn through the instructors exemplary explanation of how a camera works and the different functions in the cameras too. The instructor is highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I couldn’t recommend this course enough, especially for beginners like myself.

This is absolutely new to me that how simple it taking a picture in reality. I was expecting a little more about two minutes introducing Canon Camera’s menu/options since many of us has Canon. Searching or asking google often confusing with variable answers and wasting time. A two minutes introduction would have server better.

Awesome course. If you are new to photography, I would highly recommend this course. I learned a lot from this course and instructor explained material very well. I now know what aperture, shutter speed, white balance is and how to use it. I bough my first DSLR camera after taking this class. I applied what I learned from this class. Again, I highly recommend this class.

I love this course! Thanks Andrew for making it available in Udemy.
The lessons were simple and very easy to understand. I knew about aperture and shutter speed, but thanks to your course now I truly understand both concepts.
Even more, I just came back from a trip to Barcelona, I used what I’ve learned and I’m stoked with a couple pictures I took. I only wish this course was 100 lectures longer!

This course was great…it’s the first time I really grasped aperture and shutter speed and feel confident enough to use the manual modes of my camera effectively.

Really like that he started explaining the basics with the simple pinhole camera and then moved on to how those same basics are applied to modern digital cameras.
Mustafa –
Yes, starting from scratch explaining how you can take a photo with just pin hole ???? in closed object and trying to prepare the audience to the new concepts of what is the digital camera is extremely helpful and interesting and will make you eager to what is next
Robert Deans –
Very detailed explanation of how the camera works. Especially the aperture setttings.
Easy to understand and a pleasant voice.
