Tim Watson –
Sorry, but there is really not a lot of point looking at this course. It’s basically just one guy talking about his specific equipment. You’ll learn more just watching youtube.
Michelle Mendes –
I enjoyed the course and learned quite a bit. I think that this course is useful in getting started with learning about drones and aerial videography.
Allan Ellis –
A lot of out of date material (which the author says he is going to upgrade), while some issue can be generalized not all can be. Some of the sections titled workflow are so short and so general as to virtually useless, listen video as supposedly good example are useless without a commentary that explains why they are good examples, I could go on…

Good overview of the subject. Will return again, hopefully, to see updated coverage of latest DJI products (e.g. Phantom 4). I am in New Zealand and would appreciate some specific links to drone sites and the like in the A-P region.
Quillan Hannibal –
good in depth information covering all the important basics but not up to date with DJI products or software. very good pathway to seeing the process to taking personal aerial photography to the next level
Alberto Odor –
Excellent course. I took off half a star as the sound varies a lot from video to video and sometimes in a single video. The rest is very good but needs to be updated to the new Phantom 4 drones.
Bill Palmer –
I learned some things, but the organization of the course is not conducive to easy learning.
Jim Hall –
A very good introduction to UAVs and using them for photography/videography. The info on the DJI Phantom and Inspire drones is also helpful as DJI is currently the popular choice in this arena.

Mark shows you from experience the do’s and don’ts of Aerial Photography and Videography with drones. This ranges from choosing the right drone, flying it safely/ethically and knowing what it takes to get the best possible footage.
I highly recommend this course to anyone that really wants to learn how to properly fly drones, create high quality videos and have fun in the process!!

Obsolete in 2019 in contents, equipment descriptions and practical instructions, maybe very basic in 2016-17 but this is not the point. A course in which the first instruction in the welcome page is to go on a free web page with an updated edition of the course itself should not be sold un Udemy.
Ok 10-12 euros are not a great problem, but I found it unfair.

I’m impressed how Mark is sharing his experience. Multiple of practice information in new version of course and supplying multiple of extra links (related professional Air links, videos and online documents, photos, videos, tricks and tips). If you thinking about become Professional Drone Pilot o rather doing business as micro Video producer with drones) so this course is for you. Many thanks again and wish you and your wife more future successes and new productions.
Best Regards,
