This course is really helping me understand DBT better and by understanding what DBT is and how it helps people, it has helped me in my studies as a honors student.
Veronica Clark-George –
Great experience and I have tried some of the new skills. I plan to revisit this training as I am understanding better each session.
J&M Band –
Spelling mistake on the whiteboard at the back!
Voice is rather monotonous – I don’t mind too much but others may.
Chapter 6 is directed at counsellors which is confusing for someone like me who just wants to learn from a sufferer’s perspective.
The presentation is a little bland but it is quite comprehensive which is good.
Emily Cano –
Simple concepts with application to real life
D.E. Stanelli –
Difficult understanding instructor’s accent.
Emma Cowan –
More examples of effective questions in exchanges with patient to aid practice of changing current inbuilt behaviour
Alida van der Mescht –
Very interesting and informative. I like that the information was given in bite-sized chunks instead of overloading the viewer. Highly recommend the course to anyone interested in DBT
