I feel more in touch with the rest of the community. I admit; i’m scared of my neighbors. But I think its a relating scared rather than a superpower’d worker from Kripton.

I liked the information given as it was very valuable. I just feel it could’ve been more interesting to keep listeners actively participating, maybe with worksheets or powerpoints.

A very well made and good course. Im very satisified. However I find a lot of the videos a bit too long and just looping around certain topics, which is good but was for me more difficult and made me resltess resulting in skipping a lot trough the video. I then focused more on the links and text which were very straight forward. The camera angle is a bit weird, sometimes a hovering face in the lower part of the videos. I would recomend to use some basic composition skills and perhaps setting up your background more comfortably. To me it felt kind of cluttered and distracted from the talker. Have a look at Leo Gura’s videos. Its just him on a pitch black background and it works wonders. I also found it a bit strange sometimes that you mention skills that were never taking up in the course, or maybe it was but then i missed it in a video or in a linked text. Like the wise mind skill for example, mentioned many times but didnt even have its own section leaving me to research it on my own. But all in all a super well made and extensive course on the topic excellent for building further trough personal research and other modules. Thank You!

So far it has been very good, there are so many skills to learn. My biggest challenge is to take it slow, and really use each one in my life before moving on to the next one. I tend to race through things. Enjoying the course so far, look forward to continuing…after I take a moment to internalize, personalize and use the skill I just learned (observe, describe, participate). Thanks! 🙂

Just finished this corse, absolutely amazing! I was lucky and got it on sale but I would pay 100$ for this in an instant! even more inclusive of skills then some of the DBT workshops I’ve attended. And this is a fraction of the cost with lifelong access to the lectures! I cannot recommend more, more thank you more!

I took this course bc I heard many good things about DBT. I realized that I do many skills described in the course already so I feel confident that I am on the right path.
