Great course with great material. My reason for 4 stars is that I feel the apprentice program shouldn’t be based on how much money you have in the bank to dedicated REI. If I need to take out a loan to get started, I will do that, but having the opportunity to discuss these types of options should be available.

I would like to see Phil explain the in’s and out’s of the apprentice program in a little more detail and how some of the property deals are actually handled by the mentors and when Phil himself gets involved. Maybe a real life example of buying a property through the apprenticeship program, what actually transpired, dealing with the apprentice and the seller through a mentor, where they get involved, the relationship with the lender for instance or the wholesale process of how it may have worked in a particular case. Just an actual real example of how the mentor-ship process works. I feel the 50/50 split is more than fair, I would just like to see a breakdown of who does what and when. Thanks

My first and biggest disappointment is the fact that this guy, Steve, gives this same exact course away for FREE on his website. So I feel cheated by that. I wish I knew this beforehand. Not to mention, I swear I have seen some of these same videos in the course on his YouTube channel.
On top of that, the course, while long in length, it lacks enough details to really get anything started. It gives you just enough information to make you curious, but leaves you with more questions than answers. I have a feeling it was designed that way in order to encourage you to sign up for his “freedom mentor” classes he has on his site. Several videos, especially towards the end go on and on about his mentorship program.
Overall, this course was a waste of time and money for me.
