Very informative also really well researched topic. The person teaching knows what he is talking about and also covers almost every single question you could have. The part for me that is missing that would actually give the 5 stars is the following, what happen’s to your body when you aren’t fully in ketosis for a while and you are struggling? According to certain people, it can actually be bad on the body?
