If you’re looking for a comprehensive guide to video/audio production at home as an absolute beginner, look no further. Phil, Tomas, and Ian have created a highly professional and practical series of videos that are both easy to follow and yet with substance. If you’re entirely clueless but highly motivated to learn about producing videos for any kind of online content, you will learn a great deal here. Here’s what I personally found the most useful:
1. Proper settings for OBS Recording/Streaming
2. Basic knowledge to Mixing Audio in General and in software
3. Lighting tips and recording equipment
4. Basic camera settings knowledge (ISO, shutter speed, F-stop…)
Will this course be the start and end of your learning journey? Certainly not. But damn is it a good foundation. Can you learn everything that’s presented in this course for free on the internet or from knowledgeable friends/family? Probably. But if you value your time and time is of the essence, buying a curated course like this is worth the price.

So far the course is basic info that can easily be found for free on youtube. The course also deals with specific soft ware instead of talking about general skills of video editing for example that can easily be transferred to all software.

Ok I don’t usually write reviews online. But honestly I was about to stop watching and request a refund with no offense. I was looking for video editing tips using apps like final cut pro. And how to add transitions and switch between different scenes. I didn’t know what shotcut is and thought that it’s just a free app that won’t benefit me too much. But I was just shocked with it’s capabilities. I won’t conclude that shotcut is better than final cut pro, but for a beginner like me it’s just so perfect for what I need right now without investing in an expensive app at the beginning of my journey. Thank you a lot guys and sorry for the long review. I just feel so happy and positive after watching your course.
