Overall, the course was good and definitely delivered on expectations – and even went beyond. You get a clear reasoning behind why you should stretch, how you should stretch and when to stretch.
There’s also a good amount of extra things that came with the course, which made me give 5 stars, like resources to work-out, science behind work-out, supplements, etc. These help you instrumentally, if this is the only course you have on the subject.
The only thing I would like to be different is the presentation. It’s the same boring slides with him essentially reading up bullet-points, though this is fine due to it only being 25 minutes and there being video for all the exercises.

I realize how little I really knew about stretching.
What I thought of as stretching was really static stretches.
The concept of dynamic stretching was eye opening – thought they were really exercises.
