The course is very average. Even for the first step , things are not clear.
The tools explained are not used in case study, there is no clarity on the sequence of steps to follow . There is too much left for the student to join the dots. No summary presented at the end of the course on how all the things can be put together and can be used. Very unclear and ambiguous.

it helped in the different interventions and exercises to understand the pattern of human behavior.
The case history helped me in understanding different intervention strategies

CBT Life Coach Certification is direct and objective, reminded me some techniques that I have been using as a Counselor, and the presentation is very dynamic. Thank you very much!

The experience was rich. Navigating through the worksheets after each lesson was exactly what I needed to increase comprehension. The material and delivery was perfect – that was a great introduction to CBT and I am excited to continue to the next level.
Thank you

I enjoyed this course, it has a number of interesting points about CBT/CBC, fully explains the difference between a coach and a therapist and has a fluid, well presented format with good resources/print outs. Ten out of ten!

Libby and Patrick are just the best formidable instructors on this subject of CBT to enhance your learning experience both their wealth of knowledge and many years of experience in the field. Highly recommended.

It is interesting and although I did not realise animated, all of the necessary information is available in a very straightforward and simple way, so it does not affect the content of this course.
