Data Structures? They’re here. Algorithms? Covered. Lots of questions with well-explained solutions? Yep!
If you’re nervous about your first coding interview, or anxious about applying to your next job, this is the course for you. I got tired of interviewers asking tricky questions that can only be answered if you’ve seen the problem before, so I made this course! This video course will teach you the most common interview questions that you’ll see in a coding interview, giving you the tools you need to ace your next whiteboard interview.
Coding interviews are notoriously intimidating, but there is one method to become a better interviewer – and that is practice! Practicing dozens of interview questions is what makes the difference between a job offer for a $120k USD and another rejection email. This course is going to not only give you dozens of questions to practice on, but it will also make sure you understand the tricks behind solving each question, so you’ll be able to perform in a real interview.
I have spent many hours combing through interview questions asked at Google, Facebook, and Amazon to make sure you know how to answer questions asked by the most well-paying companies out there. No stone is left unturned, as we discuss everything from the simplest questions all the way to the most complex algorithm questions.
In this course, you’ll get:
- Clear, well-diagramed explanations for every single problem to make sure you understand the solution
- An overview of the most important data structures to know about. These are presented for people without a CS degree.
- A huge collection of common algorithm questions, including everything from ‘reversing a string’ to ‘determine the width of a BST’
- Sensible strategies for tackling systems design problems
- Insider tips on answering what interviewers area really looking for
- Constant support on the Udemy Q&A forums from me!
My goal in this course is to help you defeat those interviewers who ask nasty algorithm questions. Sign up today, and be the cutting edge engineer who will be prepared to get a high paying job
Who this course is for:
- Anyone preparing for an interview that will involve coding challenges

Stephen broke down each coding exercise in his characteristically straightforward, calm approach. This course has helped me build confidence for future interviews. I highly recommend this, even for beginners.
Paolo Micheletti –
Finished the course! It ws very intense, for a self learner as me take a look to algorithms and data structure is incredibly good because i’ve experienced a lot of time some lack to finding a better solution of what i was doing, with this course a lot of things are now more clare!
Nikita Vlasenko –
The course is very good even for seasoned developers who need to brush up for an interview. It’s not enough though, just as an initial preparation.
Djillali Boukerche –
I really liked the way he simplifies challenging solutions, and also explains the topics in a way that makes anyone understand, but personally the course did not give me the confidence, that I will be able to pass the assessment that I am going to take very soon.but it isa good course to brush up your computer science topics

of all the Algorithm / data structures/ comp sci tutorials/classes/site ive bought – Coding Interview Bootcamp is by far the best – i wish i started with it. It doesnt go to the really really deep stuff you will need for a FAANG Sr. Level interview, but it does give you a super solid foundation and walks through everything up until about mid-level difficulty. Take this course first and build a solid foundation, then jump over to some of the competitors with specialized subscriptions/classes.

This is really good course for reviewing algorithms and data strctures. With diagrams, instrcutor explains the topic very clearly and easy to follow. Highly recommend.
Simran Calvin Rai –
Great course! Really comprehensive and gives great insight on problem-solving tactics and strategies!

It was such a great course. I enjoyed the course from start to finish because they were fun. I gained a confidence boost midway into the course. The instructor gave positive vibes and I really like his honesty. I also love the use of diagrams, the different solutions example, and the use of jest to test the answers.
Rohith Kumar Pampari –
The course was good and precise for anyone preparing for upcoming coding interviews. The only thing I felt could be improved was the test cases for coding exercises as they really don’t expose all the boundary conditions for a given problem.

This is an updated rating after completing the course and moving on to ‘Leetcode’, which is presumably the site that most closely mimics interview questions.
In retrospect this course is overly simplistic and does not prepare you to solve DS&A problems that you would be likely to face in an interview.
The material that is covered is excellent, however. 3/5

By far the easiest way to revise important concepts in JavaScript before going to an interview after long time. Stephen is a great teacher. thanks
