I think there is too much talking and less demo. Also the video is not showing activation of bare muscle. If people wear a Tee they cannot allow the video to focus on the muscle. Lastly, the whole program should give exercises to be performed in terms of reps and sets after demonstrating each exercise.

Excellent course. It shows how to do the excersice with a good posture. Very good for beginners.

Information is alright. Presentation is lacking and the instructor and demonstrator clearly haven’t rehearsed prior to giving the lesson.
Often the person demonstrating the technique appears confused or unsure about what he’s expected to do.
Not a terrible course, but there are better courses available.

I think this is a good course. Information packed and gives you everything you need to get started with calisthenics. Definitely worth the money.

This course really focuses on the basic movement which is necessary for any exercise. Routines and Nutrition information is also covered.
