Course is so wonderful and i can already feel the difference in my body. For those who wonder if they should take this course YES its a great course no doubt so well explained , but you need to be consistent do not expect that something will work if you are not doing it 🙂 ….. i feel so calm and more connected to myself , and i feel so creative this days , i always wanted to learn breathing techniques, so i yes i warmly recommend this course you will learn a lot . Really good, lots of in depth excercises that you can repeat as often as you like. The guided meditations are very good! The physical excersises are not so necessary since the course is fully packed.
