Very good introduction to boxing and basic self defense
Rich Plisco –
Great instructions from the pro. He demonstrates with skill and power. Good overview of the basics. The background noise of the gym is a little distracting.

I have taken 36 courses on this site and this is the best one yet.Really great content.I am so glad I encountered this course.

good course for people like me who have managed to stay out of any fights but would like to learn the basics. the trainer seems very knowledgeable. Alex looks as lost as I would be in the same situations LOL, would cut back or make changes to the beginners mistakes portions of the course.
Jesse Ezung –
I enjoyed the course except for the beginners part where some forms were mistaken but they tell you about it later in the video. The presentation is kind of sad though but overall, it’s a good course for any beginners who want to take up boxing.
Carlos Banda –
Creo que es bueno, pero tal vez para principiantes que realmente nunca hayan practicado una arte marcial debería ser más específico con los movimientos del cuerpo.
Sasnool Satish Reddy –
Overall it’s descent enough for beginners but there is some background music disturbance
Armando Trevino –
I learned quite a bit, super helpful to see the instruction from a Professional fighter and someone brand new. Easy to understand and absorb. – Great Course!
ShangLin Chen –
The content is good, but audio is hard to hear because of background noise, and the lighting and production quality of the videos could use improvement.
Benmelouka Abdelouahab –

Aidi Ahmed –

The content is good for beginners, as the course says. The only problem with the course is in the videos itself. In the videos in the gym, the music is too loud, almost at the same volume level as the trainer so it’s hard to understand what he says sometimes. I’d advise you to turn down de volume a little for future videos. Also, in the videos explaining the common mistakes, I think the person should be in the frame at all times. I know there can be some limitations for this, as it’s recorded in an apartment.
Overall, the course is good.
