Many people know Vadym Oleynik for his incredible unhuman strength dominance of muscle ups. He has devoted 14 years of his life to Calisthenics and has an absolutely amazing strength and control of his body. He will teach you how to do the exercises and routines properly in order to develop strength, all necessary exercises and progressions for the muscle up, how to make the muscle up really “strict” as well as advanced versions of muscle up such as explosive,lsit and impossible muscle up. Ehhh I expected a lot more.
The muscle up course is alright. I didn’t really learn much as all the progressions are kind’ve “Common sense”. It’s also pretty repetitive. I know English is not their first language but I felt like they were just Stretching the video length time. They could have easily got to the point.
The 4 workout routines were ok too. It’s mainly involves around basic exercises. There is a lot of dropset, pyramid and ladder routines which I already know. Nothing special. Also I didn’t like how some routines weren’t clear due to typos and just how its not in a organized clear format.
I am not hating, just stating my honest opinion on this course. I still respect Vadym, his skills and work ethic. However, I do regret buying this course. I will ask them for a refund as its is not worth the money.
