This is a good tutorial and there are very few on automotive retouching online. It could be better with more explanation (state when you’re adding a new layer etc. would be helpful), and the Nix plugin didn’t work for me at all, but i achieved the same effect using adjustment layers.
Overall i think its really good though. and i’m satisfied with what i came away with.

As a complete newbie, this class was a little intimidating. However, the workflow really did make sense! I recommend having some background knowledge of photoshop and lightroom prior to starting. I’m looking forward to trying this out on our own cars and seeing how things turn out!
