Great course if you are looking for proven methods to increase testosterone while working out. The course starts off slow but Tim does a great job setting the foundation by using various videos, articles and proven techniques to optimize testosterone to build muscle. Tim shows you scientific studies that prove the 4 training techniques work for increasing testosterone and growth hormone. By the time you finish the course, Tim gives you an option to enroll in a 12 week workout program in the bonus lecture called, “180Muscle” that uses all 4 of the techniques explained in this course. I’m really looking forward to applying these 4 techniques.

It should have more training videos. I don’t really understand the last session about DHTS and how it shoud be done. A demonstration would be helpfull.

Pretty basic concepts, all mostly common knowledge… well as far as I’m concerned after having used Google or Bing myself for years.
Most of the core content has references to his other courses embedded throughout (so the core content is 5% ads), and him talking about himself and how this course and his other courses are so great (eye roll). so there goes another 10% of video time that was a complete waste
The entire bonus section is advertisements for his other courses.
100% not worth $95. Thankfully i only spent $14 on it during the udemy summer sale. But even then, $14 wasted IMHO.
