The course title over-plays the content. I have to say, I was disappointed. The information was rather basic and rather boring. There was little, if any, information that is not commonly known. This course may be helpful as a very basic, entry level course but certainly not worth the price tag.

Basic, repetitive advice on boosting testosterone. No discussion on workout videos to explain exercises. A lot of small pdfs with links to products and very little information. Not enough scientific scholarly sources cited for the science. Videos feel short and lacking depth.

This is very good for someone who probably hasn’t dived into the fitness world very deep.
For myself, years of lifting and dieting etc, I knew the entire content before taking the course. It was nice to re-hear that I’m on the right track though. I’ve also looked deeper into testosterone (down to molecular level) which isn’t necessary for majority of people, however, I was very interested years ago in it’s natural synthesis. Jack basically brings all the fundamentals together so you don’t need to spend countless hours googling and researching yourself. He covered literally every tip I have encountered.
Cold showers do have conflicting evidence though.
What is worth mentioning is the detrimental effects of cell phones also have on sperm count (not just on testosterone)
