Magdalena Hytros –
Very simple instructions, excellent course for better understanding of Yoga and basic postures. I do it for myself but found course sufficient enough for Yoga teachers.
Jenny Kennedy –
I love how detailed the manual is. I feel more confident about my learning from this course. I will most definitely recommend. I plan on my daughter taking this course also. Thank you creator.
Jessica Moran –

Natalie Giannoulakos –
Great! The manuscript could be a bit better to print out. But I learnt a lot and had to do some tests which is a good thing…
Annie Mazmanian –

Alessandra Zani –
I have really loved this course, which I have found really motivating and clear. I would like to thank the teachers, who have both been able to explain in such a simple and effective way.
Stephanie Pattiselanno –
Course narrator is different from Yoga practitioner who demonstrates Yoga poses. Demonstrations did not come across as confident and proficient. Most videos were static presentations slides and not dynamic.
Erica Vargas –
I was very disappointed in this course.
It was not at all what I expected. Although, I am thankful for the effort to put this together I don’t feel that this course is sufficient enough to call someone a teacher.
I took this course in wanting to get a certification. I was doing YTT at a yoga studio but due to the pandemic the studio shut down. I do have knowledge on yoga as Ihave been practicing for well over 6 years now.
I wish that the manual and videos had visualizations of the skeletal system, endocrine system, etc. In each video it pretty much said, “Refer to the manual.” I am a visual learner so this wasn’t the best for me.
I also noticed a typo about the number of bones in the body and it was reported years ago. The instructors did not care to update the manual or videos.
There is a lot of room for improvement and I hop this comment can let the instructors know that it can be done better.
Josie Moorlag –
The information was quite simple, so I don’t really feel like I’m equipped to teach yoga at this point. The videos of the yoga demonstrations were very amateur and had a weird sound in the back like an echo, so it was hard to hear. I didn’t pay a lot for the course, so what should I expect?!
Basil Green –
The information is concise and informative.
Andy Somerville –
Basic course that gives a great foundation for those aspiring to take there practice to another level.
Read the manual is my advice Dr. Karen isn’t joking which is why she mentions it quite a few times.
Thank You.
Natalie Rogers –
When I first began the course, I was disappointed that it appeared to be only in power point form, but further into the course, there were videos of people actually performing the yoga postures and poses. I was delighted that some tai chi instruction was also included!! This will be wonderful for my students to have exposure to. Thank you so much!!
