Good overview of A/R. More on the “what” but not as much on the how (except for the very basics: phone instead of email). Also seemed too generic in order to appeal to anyone: this is beginner, for entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals, etc., instead of being targeted at a single group. Finally, the 2020 “what to look for” lecture made me laugh. It must have been done prior to 2020, because it didn’t address the big shift that happened during the year. You may want to remove that from the course.
