One of the best courses I took in udemy, like the Nicole’s approach of using songs as a medium to teach accent was awesome. I have noticeable improvements in my accent already.

I consider that this course was excellent, I do not have any recommendation. Very thank you and god bless you.

I liked this course as it is too short to complete. It can be completed within 2-3 hours. But content needs to be practiced every day as much as possible until you get fluency in conversation. I wish more similar courses that help non-native speakers to understand and speak like native American speakers. Because bookish English that taught at schools is quite different than what people speak in daily life.

I found this to be a well-paced and fun course. Immediately applicable to everyday situations and settings, unlike other classes that over-emphasize single vowel/consonant sounds rather than helping the learner achieve better global/overall communicating skills and intelligibility.
Thanks!!

The course covers important topics but the it’s hard to learn from it:
(1) There is no handout with the key concepts. I had to stop the video and copy (re-type) information from the screen.
(2) Singing along is a good idea, but it’s hard to understand the words without looking at the lyrics. But looking at the lyrics defeats the purpose.
(3) Some phrases used in the course would make good exercises to repeat 6 to 10 times. But the instructor has made only pauses for us to diagnose a specific mode of speech. Rewinding and re-listening is not easy, because you can go to the desired place exactly. For example, you may have noted that good material is at the 4min 33sec mark, but you can’t choose this point on the course display.

Aulas didáticas, com ótimas dicas para adquirir uma melhor fluência no Inglês. Ponto negativo é que o curso é curto, poderia ter mais tópicos conteúdo como phrasal verbs e idiomatics expressions por exemplo.

After living and working in the US for many years, my accent had become thicker because of the isolation due to the pandemic. I wanted to practice efficiently before an important presentation and this course has been great.
I made progress every single day and learned practical tips I wish I had known earlier!
