It was probably a 5 star course, but I will never be in the $25,000 level of advertiser so that content was not for me. Great course!

I know I’m not very far into this class yet, HOWEVER, I must say that this woman knows how to use LinkedIn for marketing the right way, and she really gives fantastic information that I haven’t even found on the LinkedIn site itself yet, and I joined over 3 weeks ago. My boss has just started a new online marketing company and he told me to write a marketing strategy on how to ‘talk to’ the over 500 million LinkedIn members, targeting certain business industries, what types of tools to use and what kind of budget this will all incur. This is the ONLY place I have started to find out how you can do these things in some sort of orderly fashion and actually having things explained to you. I have watched many LinkedIn tutorials, videos, had reps call me, etc., and I was just going in circles. They’d say, “Go here to this link or go there…” and then there was nothing much. Very frustrating when you’re trying to learn this mega platform. Everything she has told me so far has been a huge nugget of knowledge. Don’t spend the time with the other classes that just talk about profile, profile, profile… learn how to use this platform to ultimately drive revenue. I’ve even read ‘how to’ articles about LinkedIn on HubSpot, SocialMediaExaminer, Forbes, etc., and never saw some of this info! Well done and I’m sure it’s only going to get better!

VERY out of date course, screens used in the course are from April 2015, while the August 2017 interface is way different. If it was updated to 2017 I would surely gave it 5*, but I cannot recommend this 2015 version.

I originally enrolled thinking this would be more geared toward the actual writing of ad copy or headline copy. While it is definitely NOT that, it was helpful to understand how LinkedIn advertising works. That said, as a 2015 course, I wonder how many of the “LinkedIn might…” are actually in place or have been rejected. Overall, I learned more about a topic I didn’t know, even if I was here to learn something that wasn’t taught.
Also, the name of the person ‘instructing’ the course, Rosie Vaughn, isn’t the same as the person actually teaching the course, Viveka Van Rosen.

Very helpful, however when going through LI I noticed that some of the screen shots the course was using were out of date.
Andrea L Hunt –
excellent Linkedin starter course. I would definitely do more. It was not too long and I learned enough to launch some Linkedin ads yesterday and they’re performing well and my team is happy 🙂
Chris van der Krieke –
Good course, but quite outdated. Does cover all the basics though.
Vicky van Riel –
Op zich een goede cursus, heel compleet, maar de content is verouderd (LinkedIn is inmiddels flink geĂĽpdatet).
Data Hawk Tech –
Lots of good pointers!

A must watch course!
