Following points were missing –
1. Warranty service scenario was not covered. Maybe one demo at the end where warranty was mentioned would have been good. 2. Also a bit more detail on Repair action and DIP profile configuration would have been good.
3. Quotation creation scenario demo was missing.

Viele inhaltliche Fehler im Abschnitt 1.
Beispiele funktionieren oft nicht, einige der Erklärungen warum sind schlicht falsch.
Für mich ist der Kurs eine Erweiterung der Kenntnisse zu PM. Die Probleme sind aber meist Einstellungen, die für beider gelten.
In einem Live Kurs wäre das ok aber nicht für eine Aufzeichnung
