He is explaining in a way that makes it simple. I hope it continues to the computation of lease liabilities and right of use asset as well as lease modification. This is interesting. Never thought leases could sound so profoundly simple. This was well taught. In practice, we will not have one ROU though. It would be a collection of over 50 ROUs. Are we supposed to be computing all these schedules for just one ROU? isnt there a formula that can be dragged for the situtation involved?
