So after taking in a lot of time and practice going through the course material more than once, I just wish to give future students the full rundown on what to expect from this course, and what not to expect.
What to expect: Straight and to the point system to narrow down quality stocks for potential and sustainable dividend passive income. Even from a financial beginner such as myself, this step-by-step system detailed by David should be simple enough for anyone to follow. And David also has videos explaining why each step of the process occurs. Some explanations I found hard to grasp and I will be doing further research on through his book the FALCON Method. In summary, this investment strategy is conservative and aimed to give to you the financial freedom you desire with minimal risk, and for the rest of your life if followed correctly. David has proven to be very knowledgeable and supportive. He will answer your questions with good enough time. For all this, the course and lecturer deserves 5 stars.
What not to expect: Immediate or short-term financial freedom. I admit I fell victim to this when first purchasing the course, as I hoped this system was going to help me achieve financial freedom within a few months. The truth is that even at my very stable salary, it could take over a year to invest enough money to make a liveable passive income from this strategy (and perhaps any dividend strategy). Anyone who’s reading this, please note that unless you have a substantial and lucrative amount of money to invest into immediately, the process of earning enough dividends via this method could take you many months and perhaps years depending on your financial standing. This is a long-term investing strategy and will require patience to achieve. But I’m very optimistic the rewards will be worthwhile.

However, The instructor doesn’t answer the forum (probably cause this course is meant to be another stream of passive income for him and therefore he doesnt maintain the course), the links are outdated and some of them dont work (some of these links are the main essence of the course).

My goals before starting this course were to understand why ratios matter and what it meant for picking a good dividend paying stock — this is because every other course I’ve seen goes through the basics.
But this course offers SO much more.
There is no fluff in this course and every video is valuable from the very beginning to the last one. He thoughtfully and simply explains how to select an investment through a practical approach … step-by-step. He doesn’t just tell you what the numbers mean but also explains why you want to know this. And, very successfully, makes the case why chasing yields and price changes is a waste of your life – and with his simple system you are going to buy at the best prices anyway. This is NOT one of those “too good to be true” – this really is the real thing.
