little negative calories amount you need each day which is the best choice.
more and more proteins, less and less carbs.
explanation with bad foods concerning the level of carbs.
but what are the good lipids? info about it.
exercises: the workouts have to be done in fasting mode. no info about that and this is huge point.

I thought the material covered was excellent for a basic course. I happened to have heard all of this previously in my health journey but there were good reminders for me to take note of. Just because you’ve heard something before doesn’t mean you have taken action.

Its not bad for a freee course. The instructor could organize the content a little better. It seems as if she explains topics as she thinks of them versus having written down the topics for each section and then presenting them in a deliberate fashion. Overall not a bad course. I would recommend for someone like me getting started. Hope this is helpful.

It was good. But I am from Bangladesh. So, It is difficult to understand your pronunciation with this too speed. I have completed several online courses. But no where was too speed like here.
