I liked the course, but it seemed to spend a lot of time on why this is good, and very little time, in comparison, on the physiology to prove this. Of course a negative caloric balance will lead to weight loss, pretty simple. If that is all there is, then just say, eat less than you burn. If you are fat, you eat too much, so eat less! So there you have it, the summary of the course. Eat less! The rest of the lectures could have been used to educate people on what happens when you over eat, the whole glycemic thing, etc. For me, it was just a lot of time to spend on a very simple concept, just like my review.

He seems to really know what he’s talking about. He is enthusiastic, and it is kind of contagious. I have already started IF. I can’t say it will work well for me because I can’t exercise vigorously because I feel stress, and my adrenals seem to be really sensitive to stress, producing lots of cortisol. I can walk. I’ve only been in ketosis for two weeks, but I’ve lost 28 pounds, and my blood sugar got to 90, which has never happened before. It was usually around 150. So Keto and IF work for me, and nothing else ever has.
