Durga Menon –
As of late. I have been considering a career in sports psychology. It has so far help shed light on psychology within the context of sports.
As one who enjoys exercise as a part of her daily routine, I am learning a lot about myself as well!
I am really enjoying the pace of the course and how easy it is. My guide has been especially helpful with giving me a good idea about sports psychology as a field.
If I had to look back at the course, I would say that it would be terrific if you could give feedback to us on our worksheet if one is planning to create a plan for working out.
( this goes for any of the worksheets)
This way, one will be sure that it will benefit them, and they have recieved the right message from the lesson!
Thank you so much Chris for making this course comprehensive, holistic and fun!
I look forward to attending your workshop on running ( for marathons!)
Have a great day.
Love from India.

Answers questions about basic approach to the psychology that goes in preparation in sport. Chris uses his own experience to break down concepts, which make his explanations plausible. All principles can be applied in other fields of learning, which gives this course a wider reach.
Ashley Graham Dixon –
The content is very basic and it does not come across as being taught by professional. There are grammatical errors in the content and the lecturers cell phone keeps vibrating in the background which is very distracting!

Motivation is important for children to start their training. It’s either they will stay for a long time or just a short stint.
Dr. Dhruvish Kapadia –
Good Course to get a brief understanding of concepts of Psychology for athletes. Could have been more comprehensive by adding realistic examples or case vignettes to explain how to solve a real problem of an athlete.
Elsie Mienie –
